Sixty days from the day you buy. One email. Your money back, including what you paid for shipping, and the bottles stay with you.
That is the whole policy, and the rest of this page exists only to remove any doubt about the detail.
How to claim
- Write to us inside 60 days of your purchase date. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. If you cannot find the order number, the email address you ordered with is enough for us to find it.
- Tell us it did not work for you. One sentence. We do ask what happened, because it is how we learn, but the refund does not depend on the answer and there is no retention script waiting.
- We confirm the same or next business day. You get a written confirmation with the amount and the card it is going back to, so there is a record on both sides.
- The money goes back to the original payment method. Our side is processed within one business day of confirmation. Your bank then takes three to five business days, occasionally up to ten on some cards, and that part is outside our control.

The clause worth reading twice is the one about opened bottles. Some guarantees in this category quietly require unopened product, which makes the promise meaningless: you cannot know whether something worked without taking it. Ours does the opposite. Open every bottle, take it for eight weeks, and ask for your money back on day 59 if you are not satisfied.
The reason we can afford that is in the review data: our refund rate runs a little over 3 percent. We would rather that number stayed honest than looked impressive.
A request, not a condition
Give it more than a fortnight before you decide. Nothing in the guarantee requires it, and if you want a refund on day 4 you will get one. But the review data is unambiguous: six in ten men were past three weeks before they would have sworn to a change, and a quarter were past five. A supplement abandoned at day 12 was never given a fair test, and we would rather you got a result than a refund.
