What this website collects on its own

Very little. These pages are static files. There is no account system, no comment system and no tracking pixel from an advertising network. The contact form opens your own email client rather than posting to a server here, which means nothing you type into it is stored on this site at any point.

What the order process collects

When you place an order you leave this site for our authorized checkout partner, which collects the name, delivery address, email address and payment details needed to take payment and ship a carton. Card numbers are handled by that partner and its payment processors. We never see, receive or store a full card number.

What reaches our desk is the order record: your name, delivery address, email address, what you ordered and when. We use it to pick and ship the carton, to answer you if you write, and to process a refund if you ask for one. We do not use it for anything else.

Emails we send

Order confirmation, dispatch and tracking, and one review invitation 35 days after delivery. That invitation has an unsubscribe link and honouring it takes effect immediately. We do not sell, rent, swap or lend email addresses, to anyone, at any price.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser stores one small session flag if you dismiss the offer bar at the foot of the page, so that it stays dismissed while you browse. It is cleared when you close the tab and it identifies nothing about you. The checkout partner sets its own cookies on its own domain under its own policy.

How long records are kept

Order records are kept for seven years because tax and product liability rules require it. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Review submissions are kept while the review is published.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where no legal retention duty applies, and ask us to stop emailing you. Write to [email protected] and we answer inside 30 days. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia have specific statutory rights along these lines and we apply the same process to everyone rather than run two standards.

Children

This product is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and we will delete it on discovery.

Changes

If this policy changes materially the effective date at the top changes with it and the previous version is available on request.
