Shipping and returns
Cartons leave our fulfilment desk within one business day and most continental US addresses have them in three to five. Everything below is what happens in between.

Orders placed after 14:00 Central Time, or at a weekend, are picked the next business day. We do not dispatch on federal holidays. Alaska, Hawaii and forces addresses take longer than the continental figures above, usually by three to six days.
We ship to the United States only from this portal. If you are outside the US, this is not the right place to order and we would rather tell you now than take the money.
After it ships
Tracking. An email with the tracking number goes out the moment the label prints. Carrier scans can lag a day behind reality, so a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal.
Wrong address. Write to [email protected] as fast as you can. Before the label prints we can change it in a minute; after it prints we have to wait for the carrier to return the parcel, which takes one to two weeks, and then we reship at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit. Photograph the outer box before you unpack anything else, then send the photograph with your order number. Replacements go out the same day we see it and your 60-day window is untouched.
Nothing arrived. If tracking says delivered and the carton is not there, check with anyone else at the address and then tell us. We open a carrier trace and, if it does not resolve inside five business days, we reship. You are not left arguing with a courier on your own.
Returns
You do not need to return anything to get your money back.
The 60-day guarantee is settled by email and the bottles stay with you, opened or not. Sending supplements back through the post costs you money, costs us handling and achieves nothing, since returned product cannot be resold and is destroyed on arrival. If you want a refund, read the guarantee page and send one email.
The only case where we ask for something back is a suspected counterfeit, and then we pay the postage and tell you exactly how to package it. That process starts on the batch check page.
